My mission is to improve the understanding of genetics and resolve misperceptions about inheritance, particularly in the area of mental health issues.

I have a Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling from California State University, Stanislaus and am board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling, Inc. I see patients in my home office, at Pacific Fertility Center in San Francisco, and El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.

I have shadowed Angela Inglis, psychiatric genetic counselor at BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre, currently the only North American clinic for psychiatric genetic counseling. Dr. Jehannine Austin, clinic director, kindly serves as remote mentor for my practice. Here is a link to their clinic Facebook page.
